Param Pujjya Dr.Channabasava Pattaddevaru Matha Bhalki

He has been called the moving god who had established Shantivardhak Education Society in the year 1936 under Nizam rule and saved and encouraged kannada language in this area. Keeping urdu board he used to teach kannada inside. His service of kannada famed him as kannada’s pattaddevaru and matha is called “ Kannada Matha”. Throughout his life he worked for the progress of shantivardhaka education society whish sheltered thousands of families to come up from their difficulties. He is the founder of New Anubhava Mantapa at Basava Kalyan . He had started padyatra from Bhalki Matha and made the restablishment of Anubhava Mantapa and turned the attention of every one when no any government and matha’s takend keen interest in this regard. He had given LingaDiksha to Dalitas and pened the gates of equality by giving opportunity to them by allowing them to take water through the public well.

    Knowledge is your real ornament, knowledge is strength is the recognisation the Shri.Basavalinga Pattaddevaru made. He has made great revolution in education field. We have to know that the great effect that made by Basavalinga Pattaddevaru has helped him to widen the education institution throughout Bidar District in shortest possible time. It is happy that it is opening its institution also in Gulbarga District. Without getting disappointment that his Guruji’s started institutions did not come to him, he has widened his education institutions from zero. Hirematha Samsthan which has started only with 40 students is giving education to nearly Ten Thousand students andnearly one Thousand Teachers and other staff members working in this trust. Really it si a proudful achievement.
